Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: Clients who miss their appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Late Arrival Policy: There is a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, the appointment may need to be adjusted to accommodate the remaining time, or it may be rescheduled if the service cannot be completed.
